SCHEDULE OF APPOINTMENTS
Trimz recommends and supports the advanced scheduling of all salon services. Individual services can be honored on short notice based on both the nature of the service and current availability. As a courtesy to our operators and other clients, Trimz kindly requests that you arrive 10-15 minutes in advance of your scheduled appointment for all salon services. Arriving late is a breach of etiquette and will cheat you of precious minutes of your services to be rendered. Remember, your treatment will end on time so that the next client isn't delayed, regardless of how late you start or whatever the circumstances are. Our appointment policy is designed to allow us to ensure each client is taken care of in a timely and professional manner.
In an effort to provide all of our clients with the most professional service, Trimz respectfully requests a 48-hour notice when cancelling an appointment. In the event of either a missed appointment or a cancellation of scheduled appointment, Trimz reserves the right to charge the full fee of the scheduled service(s).
PAYMENT OF SERVICES
Prices of all services or gift packages does not include gratuities unless expressly noted otherwise. Forms of payment accepted include cash, American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards. Regretfully we cannot charge gratuities to credit cards.
Smoking is prohibited in the salon. This includes the waiting, treatment/service areas, and lavatory facilities.
SALON SERVICE FEES
Salon service fees are subject to change at any time.
Due to the nature and creativity of our business, we at Trimz kindly request that our clients please refrain from using all electronic devices including pagers, beepers, and cellular phones during the time that your services is being rendered. To keep the serenity and promptness of the salon, we ask that you turn off your cellular phone upon arrival. We appreciate your cooperation in this policy.
Gift Cards are available and can be purchased at the reception desk. All Gift Cards are non-refundable and may be redeemed for services and products offered by Trimz. No change will be given back on Gift Cards. Trimz is not responsible for any lost or stolen credit Gift Cards. Gift Cards must be presented at time services are completed.
Due to the nature of the business, there will be no refunds given on services rendered. If in the event you are not completley satisfied with your service, please speak directly with your operator or the manager-on-duty. Products purchased from Trimz willbe gladly exchanged for another product only. The exchange of the product must be done within 10 days of purchase. There is no exchanges or refunds on jewelry or make-up.
